Does Kristin Davis have the legal right to sue over the nude photos that leaked of her two weeks ago?

It’s a big legal debate but the situation is not unique.

You are engaged in photographs with an ex boyfriend. He takes the pictures. It’s his camera.

He owns the right to the photos. But he have the right to use the photos taken for the privacy of you and him and turn them into a commercial  exploitation outside the bedroom?
